Tippler Subject Category:

I will not go out of any other country then mine, there's a lot of fanciers
that they call a tippler all birds that they don't have curl on their head,
I don't have a problem if they do, but they are not English Tippler, we all
know how English Tippler look like, now who can make the rules for English
Tipplers? I think England, as they produced this race, and since this is
their own race we should fly under their rules, I don't see a problem if we
adjust little bit lights/hawks etc, like we did in ITF, but we should not
participate with different race in this, for instance you can make Budapest
high flyer's to fly within a NTU rules, but it will not be a fair
competition, that's why the Budapest High flyer's has their own rules, so I
thing that each race should have their own rules, or for instance Indian
High Flyer's, can they participate in our competitions with their birds, I
think not as they are NOT English Tipplers, so as you said as long as they
can fly more then 18+ within the rules can be called Tippler, I will
disagree on that...
