Probably the greatest Tipplerman who ever lived. A dedicated man.

Cantankerous, difficult, often unkind. You ask me " Did I know Sam
Billingham?". Of course I knew him. He kept Tipplers only 4 miles from me
right here in Sheffield.

I mind the time when in a pub, which was a meeting place for many Sheffield
Tipplermen, Sam was asked if it was practicable and logical to produce one
kit of 3 Tipplers solely for the purpose of one marathon fly. Sam Billingham
took a swig from his ale and said "Yes, of course it makes sense, because
many a kit of Tipplers is produced with no pretensions of marathon times.
Sam Billingham always said that no man could adequately train more then just
a few Tipplers at any given time.
Inadequately trained Tipplers will fail. Over trained Tipplers will fail due
to over exploitation.

Well, that's it in a nutshell. The trick is to know the latitudes and the
tolerances and a man only knows this if he is dedicated like Sam Billingham
was. However, who has time to be dedicated to Tipplers there days?
