When you start to train birds whether be o/b or y/b this is a way I have
found that works very well for me to jump the hours, when I have got birds
on steady 3 to 4 hrs and settled on barley I find that if you feed the
following I can give them a training fly letting them do 7 to 8 hrs easy, it
is as follows

FLY 4 HRS, FEED, 2 TEASPOONS BARLEY, 2 TEASPOONS WHEAT, 2 TEASPOONS MIX
SEED, GIVE 1 HEAP TABLE SPOON GLUCOSE IN 1 PT WARM WATER.

KEEP IN, FEED SAME, CLEAN WATER.

KEEP IN, FEED SAME, CLEAN WATER.

Lib birds and they should fly in style, seed mix same as my last feed up.

I find this way stops birds flying without style and gives them a slight
boost.
