Hi fellow tippler friends, I have been reading a lot of your e mails about
feed ups and tonics. Before a fly my preparations goes as follows. One a
Monday before a fly i will give them 7 to 8 hrs training depending on
weather. I also try to give them at least 2 hrs dark training. If you want
to do bring times i think dark training is essential. On a Wednesday night i
will put them on a feed consists of plain canary, tares, niger, millet, and
some hemp. Wednesday until Friday I will give them a drink of minadex and
cytacon, and one tea spoon full of each to a pint of water. I think cytacon
is also known as b40.On the Saturday I give them fresh water. I don't know
if this will work for everyone but it works for me, there again you can not
make a bad pigeon fly. That's all for now.
