Probiotic bacteria
Probiotic bacteria are microorganisms that are found in the intestine of stressed, healthy life. These include, for example, lactic acid bacteria, which are found in yogurt or other dairy products. These beneficial bacteria are usually picked from food in the gut and form a natural balance, the so-called intestinal flora. It is specific for each organism. The bacteria produce essential substances which the organism can not even higher, helping the food to better use. They also crowd out pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli, salmonella, coccidia or yeast bacteria from the gut.
