I dont really know when or why the roaming ref came about, il try and find
out for you. I know since i have been in our club there has never been an
question of anybody cheating in anyway, although there has been talk of it
going on elsewhere. I suppose a roaming ref would be a strong deterrent
though and facing our club council would be scary too.
